The Engineering ERPem e-Classroom - Making a Booking

You must book both the room and the videoconference.

2. Booking the Videoconference

Book sufficient time for the conference – you will need some set up time before it starts and over run at the end. The system is automatic and will cut all sites off whether you are finished or not. Adding 15 minutes at the start or the end is not unusual.

Please note that priority for room bookings is as follows:
1.  ERPem use
2.  Other School videoconferencing
3.  Other School meetings (only to be booked at very short notice)
